Not entirely happy with your purchase? No problem. At Lali Studios we want you to love every piece, so returning or exchanging is easy.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know you want to return it, and another 14 days to send it back.
- Send an email to info@lalistudios.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original Lali Studios jewellery box.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and still in their sealed packaging.
- Return shipping costs are for the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping service: until we receive your return, the package is your responsibility.
Exchanges
Would you like a different size, colour or style? Send the item back as described above and mention in your email which item you would like instead. Once we have received your return, we ship the new item to you free of shipping charges.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and check your return, we send you a confirmation email. You will receive your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect item?
We check every order carefully, but if something is wrong, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.
