Lali Studios (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect when you visit lalistudios.com or place an order, why we do so and what your rights are. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Which data we collect and why
- Orders: name, address, email address, phone number and order details – to process, ship and invoice your order and to provide customer service (performance of contract, legal obligation).
- Account: if you create an account we store your login details, addresses and order history (performance of contract).
- Payments: payments are processed by Mollie B.V. We never receive or store your full card or bank details.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we use your email address to send you news and offers (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Contact: when you email us or use a contact form, we use your details to answer your question (legitimate interest).
- Website usage: technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, to keep the website secure and to improve it (legitimate interest), and – only with your consent – for analytics and advertising.
Who we share data with
We only share data with parties that need it to deliver our service: our payment provider (Mollie), shipping carriers (to deliver your parcel), our hosting provider (TransIP) and our email/newsletter tooling. If you consent to marketing cookies, data may also be shared with advertising platforms such as Google, Pinterest and TikTok. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use functional cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (for example your shopping cart and login). Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed with your consent.
How long we keep your data
Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Account data are kept until you delete your account. Newsletter data are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email info@lalistudios.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection on our entire website.
